He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Huggins and Opal Huggins; and his brother Pete Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Huggins; his sister Peggy Norosky; his daughters, Cathy Larose (Marcus) and Sarah Stephens (Kellet); his grandchildren, Camille Stephens Pappas (Michael), Georgia Allison Buice (Hunter), Jordan Larose, Willie Larose and Emma Stephens; and his great grandchild Allison Buice.
