He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Dougherty and Lois Catherine Forte Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Dougherty (Lancaster); his children, Kenneth Dougherty, Mike Dougherty (Leah), Tiffany Barrett (Tim) and Heather Dougherty-Stonecipher (Leonard); his stepsons, Christopher Davis (Donia) and Sean Davis; his grandchildren, Jessica Dougherty-Del Rosario (Michael), Samantha Barrett, Joey Barrett, Sarena Dougherty, Michael Dougherty (Sophie), Brooke Tyndall (Seth), Brittany Dougherty, Andrew Davis, Jillian Davis, Sullivan Davis, Oliver Davis and McKenzie Davis; and his great grandchildren, Liam Dougherty, Otis Dougherty, Emily Del-Rosario, Azellia Barrett-Guzman and Ignacio Barrett-Guzman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349).
