She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. James Y. White; her parents, Bessie Lee Brant and Franklin Felder Kinsey; and her siblings, Frank, Jimmy Kinsey, Bessie Clifton, Mary Ann Harley and Betty Barber.
She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara King and Patsy Hooker; her children, James Y. White, Jr. (Jimmy) of Irmo and Kim White Snead (Hollis) of Chapin; her granddaughters, Kinsey Baker (Trey), Rachel Orban (James) and Leah Snead; and her great grandchild Savannah Baker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel (3379 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118).
