She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Mae Cordell Ouzts and Linder Hayes Ouzts; and her husband Otis Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Donald, Billy (Amy) and Vincent (Chrystal); and her sister Betty Ouzts Brown. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and many special friends.
