She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Morse Bettes and Evelyn Macom Wall Bettes. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert Johan Carlsson; her children, Betty Carlsson Gardiner (Robert) and John Carlsson; and her grandchildren, Ellen Gardiner Clements (Daniel) and Robert Gardiner.
