She is survived by: her mother LorEtta Percival Johnson; her husband Dennis Cook; her sons, Blaine Cook and Parker Hennington (Diana); her grandchildren, Rex, Olive and Curtis Hennington; her sister Pam Russell (Dan); her nephews, Cody "Toe Toe" and Jesse Russell; her stepbrother Josh Johnson (Brittany); her uncles, L. Dupre "Junior" Percival (Gina) and Franklin Percival (Kimberly); her cousins, Bobby, Larry and Anna Percival; her brother-in-law Gary Cook (Christy); and her nieces, Emily and Haley Cook.
