Johnson Jr. (Irmo, South Carolina), born in Lagrange, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leta Johnson and Edward Johnson Sr.; his sister Mary-Alice McMurray; and his brother-in-law Richard Addy. He is survived by: his son Barry Edward Johnson; his wife Frieda Johnson (Addy); his daughter-in-law Allison Johnson (Mooney); his grandsons, Drew Nichols Johnson and Colin Reese Johnson; his sisters-in-law, Lynda Addy and Kaye Addy; his nephews, Rick Addy and Mike Sawatsky (Connie); and his great-nieces, Kaci Sawatsky and Kori Dillow.
The family politely requests no flowers and any memorials please be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
