It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Edwards Jowers (Irmo, South Carolina), born in Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Franklin Edwards and Mary Ouida Stewart. She is survived by: her husband William L. Jowers; her children, Kimberly Jowers Mims and William Gregory Jowers (Deana); her grandchildren, Jason Brown (Amanda), Hunter Mims, Anna Jowers, Bryce Jowers and Avery Jowers; her great grandchildren, Henry Brown and Evelyn Brown; and her brother Fred Edwards.
