Albert Sautner wrote a sympathy message

“Hello, My Name is Al Sautner. I worked with Ira Walman for many years. I have hired Ira in several of my plants and really loved working with him. He was one of the best Bakers that I have ever known. If you had a problem in the plant with ingredients or process he was the man to fix the problem. I will miss Ira and I am so glad to have worked with him and call him my friend. Al Sautner Master Baker, 864 504 1731”
