He is survived by: his wife Mary Karanikis Rickman; his children, Rena Johnson (Charles) and Chris Rickman; his daughters-in-law, Anita Rickman and Wendy Rickman; and his grandchildren, Gwen Shepard (Nick), Blair Stroman (Austin), Demitri Rickman (Sarah), McKenzie Riley (Austin), Ian Rickman, Christian Rickman and Jacob Rickman. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Andrews Baptist Church (230 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29210). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at the Woodridge Memorial Park (138 Corley Mill Rd, Lexington, SC 29072).
