It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Eileen Sayers of Irmo, South Carolina, born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George W. Huber and Abbie B. Wilson Huber; her husband Alfred "Al" M. Sayers, Jr.; her son Gerald Sayers; and her sisters, Mary Furbay and Dorothy Austin.
She is survived by : her children, Cary Sayers (Carolyn) and Linda Antill (Jim) of Irmo, SC; her daughter-in-law Anita Sayers; and her grandchildren, Kelly Gouge, James Antill and Eric Benson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
As there will be no public services, the family requests no flowers, please. Memorials may be made to Prisma Health Hospice, 1400 Pickens Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
