He was predeceased by: his brother Guy Womack; and his grandparents, Blaine, Agnus Whorton, Horace and Juanita Womack.
He is survived by: his parents, Dooley Womack and Janelle Whorton Womack of Irmo; his wife Laura Cross Womack; his daughters, Grace Caroline and Claire Elizabeth; and his brother Steven Dooley Womack (Julie).
