He is survived by: his son Lonnie Carl Kaminer, Jr. (Jeff Warner); his grandson Josh Kaminer; his former wife Barbara Kaminer of Louisville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Martha Kinney, John (Myrtle), Charles (Linda) and Roy (Angela). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
