He is survived by: his brother Jerry Howard (Patricia); his children, Wade Howard (Wanda Metts), Steve Howard (Faith), Anita McCormack (Timothy) and Marsha Bundrick (Melton); his grandchildren, Christina McGovern (Vince), Charlene Howard (Marshall Bracewell), Darlene Todd (Tommy), David Curtis, Jr. and Jonathon Lindler; and his great grandchildren, Chole, Logan, Kimberly, Bryson, Arya and Raiden.
