He was predeceased by: his father Davis Barton; and his daughter Nancy Rosales Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot"; his son Alan Porter (Joan); and his grandchildren, Wendy Lanier (Derrick), David Rosales (Katie), Jason Porter (Staci) and Alison Butcher (Josh). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
