We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, at the age of 97, Phyllis Jane Maddox (Irmo, South Carolina), born in Sharonville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Putnam and Belle Hamilton Putnam; her siblings, Jack Putnam, Howard Putnam, James Putnam, Covely Putnam, Robert Putnam and Wyllodean Walker; and her daughter-in-law Dianne Maddox.
She is survived by: her son Raylie Maddox; her granddaughters, Cheryl Paul (Clint) and Sheila Ruehl (Mark); her great grandchildren, Pierson Paul, Hudson Paul, Colton Paul, Taylor Ruehl and Bradi Ruehl; her sister Glenna Booker; and her sister-in-law Ann Putnam. She is also survived by brother-in-law, Clayton Lakes; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or to the American Heart Association.
