He was predeceased by: his father James L. Casterline Jr.; and his brother Jonathan Casterline. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Casterline; his wife Renae Casterline; his daughters, Kay Casterline and Karis Ziesing (Zack); his sister-in-law Mary T Casterline-Heron (Mike); his niece Anna Casterline (Elena); his brother-in-law Roy Ingle; and his nephews, Josiah, Haddon and Levi.
