He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda Sanderson; and his brother Mark Sasser. He is survived by: his stepfather Harold Foster; his wife Jennifer Anne Marshall Sasser; his children, Philip Sasser, Aaron Sasser, Heather McBride, Michelle Sasser and Melanie Howard; and his siblings, Mike Sasser, Jesse Sasser and Jackie Foster. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
