He was predeceased by: Jupiter Perez Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his stepson Joseph Ventrice; his granddaughter Brieana; and also, Dan Perez (Maureen), Yvonne Perez (Patrick), Arlene Ligos (Kevin), Annmarie Falcon (late Pete), Diane Marisola and David Perez (Lisa). He is also survived by Friends and relatives.
