He was predeceased by: his father Glenn W. Rogers; and his son Casey Rogers. He is survived by: his mother Margaret A. Spence Rogers; his wife Jackie Rogers; his daughter Nicki Hubbard (Daniel) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Kyleigh Hubbard and Cooper Hubbard; his brother Greg Rogers (Brian) of Irmo; his nieces, Kyra Rogers of Irmo and Chrissy McBride of Seattle, WA; and his nephew Zack Rogers of Cincinnati, OH..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shady Grove United Methodist Church, 1918 Shady Grove Rd, Irmo, SC 29063.
