He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Harold Stephens; his wife Lowry Anne Mettenberger; his children, Nicole Stephens, Maureen Kaufmann, Christopher Thompson and Patrick (Christina Thompson); his brothers, Harold W. Stephens, III and Mark Stephens; his close friend Mark Ashurst; and his sisters, Gloria (Richard Kinville) and Cheryl (John Morris). He was also cherished by three granddaughters and three grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jamil Shriners Children's Hospital.
