He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Lee and Daisy Mae Adams Davidson; his stepfather Joseph E. Wooten; and his siblings, Ruth Nobles, Myra Rouse, Nada Davidson and Elbert Lee Davidson.
He is survived by : his wife Evelyn; his grandchildren, Dawn Hoeler, Donald Hoeler III (Erika), Matthew Hoeler, Bryce Davidson, Alex Davidson (Kaitlyn), Connor Davidson, Landon Tilton and B. J. Currence; and his great grandchildren, Nehemiah Geter and Donald Hoeler IV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
