He is survived by: his wife Margie Mae Angel Monroe; and his children, Louise Smith (Ben), Dwayne Monroe (Kim), Ricky Monroe, Randy Monroe, Tony Monroe (Tam) and David. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
