She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Beaty and Winnie Morgan Beaty; her husband Richard Roberts; and her daughter Joy Delorme. She is survived by: her children, Charles Roberts (Kim) of Hartsville, SC and Janet Roberts of Belton, SC; her grandchildren, Melinda Gillespie (Derek), Benjamin Delorme (Rachel), Scott Roberts (Kaci King), Katie Walters (Drew), Anna Washington (John), Erick and Mia Culpepper (Troy Gilbert); and her sisters, Joyce Beaty Griffith, Sue Beaty Franklin (Herbert) and Mary Emma Beaty Mathis (Gaines). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Good Hope Presbyterian Church (720 Betsy St, Iva, SC 29655). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Thornwell Home for Children, 302 S. Broad St., Clinton, SC 29325.
