She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Culbertson and Agnes Culbertson; her siblings, Lily Culbertson, Daniel Culbertson and Leroy Culbertson; her daughter Christina Alewine; and her great grandchild Jessy Holbrooks.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Anderson (Larry), Angie Pierce and Eddie Machen; her sister Virginia Johnson; her grandchildren, April Pierce (Josh), Whitney Helms (Randy), Eli Pierce (Victoria), Sabrina Dawkins (Joe) and David Machen (Christina); and her niece Donna Culbertson. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
