He is survived by: his children, Michelle Provvedi, Jennifer Lewis (Jason), Justine Douglas (Randy), Nick Provvedi and Daniel Provvedi; and his sisters, Debbie Alberson and Sylvia Belk. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
