We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2026, at the age of 80, Robert Wayne Hall of James Island, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Carroll Hall and Mary Genevieve Bohl Hall of Baltimore, Maryland.; and his siblings, William, Jane, Eileen and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Henderson Hall; and his children, Laura A. Hall (Joseph P. Smith) of Silver Spring, Maryland, Benjamin C. Hall (Anne Donehue) of James Island and Claire Hall of Columbia.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (604 Fort Johnson Rd, Charleston, SC 29412).
Memorials to the Charleston Animal Society or the Low Country Food Bank would honor Bob's love of animals and compassion for those less fortunate.
