She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lee Blue and Suni Bell Deese; her children, Barbara Ann Outen and Billy Sunday Outen Jr.; her former husbands, Billy Sunday Outen, William Joseph Cabanas Sr. and Allen Frank Edwards; and her grandchildren, Wesley Timmon Outen and Tawnya Noel Outen.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Jean Outen of Monroe, Joel Mitchum Outen of Norwood and Oscar Oliver Outen (Deanna) of Monroe; and her grandchildren, Joshua Sunday Outen, Amanda Odom, Devon Marie Boyle, Justin Ray McKennon, Jimmy Dean Outen, James Oliver Cryster, Kayla Clayton, Gaston Wade Outen and Anson Murray Outen. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
