With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beatrice Willis (Jefferson, South Carolina), born in Belmar, New Jersey, who passed away on July 1, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Ray Willis; her siblings, Grace Kokinchak and George Utley; and her parents, Nels Seglem and Mary Ann Seglem.
She is survived by : her children, Debbie Rice of Augusta, GA, Sherry Russell (Tom) of Appling, GA and Steve Willis (Jeannie) of North Augusta, SC; her grandchildren, Tommy Russell (Angie), Angela Beckworth, Heather Fellows (George), Josh Beckworth, Jill Carlton (Chris), Emily Crider (Neal), Daniel Beckworth (Leah) and Jarrett Willis; and her great grandchildren, Cail Dixon Russell, Abbie Dixon Russell, Savannah Beckworth, Morgan Fellows, Natalie Fellows, Laken Beckworth, Ella Carlton, Brody Crider, Emmett Carlton, Nate Nichols, Maddie Crider, Andrew Fellows, Colton Beckworth and Carson Beckworth.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lakeside Baptist Church Mission Fund.
