She is survived by: her mother Dora McDonald Fields; her daughters, Tammy Middleton Wolfe (Maxy, Jr.) of Gastonia, NC, Charlene Middleton Hill of Bessemer City, NC and Ann Middleton Sigmon (Mick) of Sherrills Ford, NC; her grandchildren, Taylor Lewis (Alex) of Lillington, NC, Max III Wolfe (Becky) of Indian Trail, NC, Zackary Hill (Jessica) of Gastonia, NC, Grant Sigmon of Sherrills Ford, NC, Rhett Sigmon (Stephanie) of Aurora, CO and Amanda VanderWoude (Nate) of Auburn, AL; and her great grandchildren, Atlas Lewis, Liam Wolfe, Harper, Rowyn Hill, Hadley, Leighton Hill, Caden, Chase, Cohen Sigmon, Ethan and Lily Hope VanderWoude. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other close relatives and friends.
