He was predeceased by : his parents, William Martin Hull and Elizabeth McDowell Hull. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Annette Hull; his sons, Ted (Jonathan Bradley), Jeff (Jody Rimmer) and Philip (Jon); his grandchildren, Henley and Wells; and his brother Dr. William Martin Hull (Anna).
