She was predeceased by : her parent Lennie Middleton, Sr.; her husband Edwin E. Miller Jr.; her sister Betty Sue Rollins; her mother Edith Jordan; and her nephew Len Middleton.

She is survived by : her children, Rusty Miller (Kelly) of Jefferson, SC and Ceil Murphy (David) of Marietta, GA; her brother Lennie S. Middleton, Jr. (Corinne); her grandchildren, Will Murphy (Mary-Clayton), Anna Murphy, Matthew Murphy, Ben Miller (Lisie), Katherine Miller and Jordan Miller; and her great grandchild Shivonne Murphy.
