It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul E. Demby (Jefferson, South Carolina), who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul E. Demby to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Demby and Maggie Jewett Demby; his son Gilbert Lee Demby; his son-in-law Michael Cook; his grandson Nicholas Deese; and his brothers, J. W., George and Fred Demby.

He is survived by : his wife Margie Oliver Demby; and his children, Paula Demby Polk of Monroe, NC, Phyllis Demby Deese (Robbie) of Rutherfordton, NC, Barbie Demby Gordon (Randy) of Pageland, SC, Brenda Demby Sullivan (Mark) of Jefferson, SC and Christina Demby Cook of Jefferson, SC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
