Betty Frances Lee Kastner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2022, at the age of 94, Betty Frances Lee Kastner of Johns Island, South Carolina, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Louise Anna Herman and John Parker Arrington; and her children, Walter Eugene Frazier (Pete), Randy Lee Frazier and Cathy Lynn Frazier.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty's name may be made to the Fort Johnson Baptist Church Building Fund.
