She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Bervin Edmondson; her parents, Joseph Raphael Cissell and Mary Lila Cissell (Ballard); and her son-in-law Timothy John Armstrong. She is survived by: her children, Karen Edmondson Armstrong, Deborah Estes (Scott) and Charles Christopher Edmondson (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Ashlynne, Kellie, Alex and Luke. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
