She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius "Ollie" Futa and Jo Ann Futa; and her daughter Angela Marie Milleman. She is survived by: her husband Brian Milleman; her children, Danny Milleman (Ashton), Sammy Milleman (Lauren), Shaina Davis (Pat) and Sasha Perez (Edgar); her grandchildren, Bailey, Caleb, Ava, Remi, Itzel and Simon; and her siblings, Mike Futa (Judy) and Mary Jo Filipek (Ken).
