He is survived by: his parents, William Harmon Hocutt and Patricia Schill Hocutt; his sons, Graham and Banks Hocutt; the mother of his children Sarah Estes Hocutt; his sisters, Beth Hocutt, Susan Hocutt and Julie Hocutt Neville (Andy); his aunts, Carolyn Schill Eiserhardt (Chuck), Jeannie Schill Hillock (Gordon), Ann Hocutt Traxler (Chuck) and Ellen Hocutt Stanton (Sam); his uncle Joseph Spencer Schill; his siblings' children, Anna Mansfield and Legare Mansfield; and his friends, Jon and Ashley Grandin.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Haut Gap Middle School (1861 Bohicket Rd, Johns Island, SC 29455).
