He is survived by: his wife Debra Dempsey Menard; his children, Brenda Stephens (Jimmy), Dennis Menard (Deana), Cindy Menard Webb (Todd) and Jason Menard; his siblings, Janice Russell, Gary Menard, Ken Menard, Elizabeth Fortin and Pamela Anderson (Scott); his grandchildren, Christopher Patrick (Amanda), Chloe Menard (Chris), Brandon Menard (Taylor), Mitchell Menard (Candace), Sophie-Grace Menard-Nelson, Jeremy Webb, Ryder Kmiecik-Menard and Teegan Kmieck-Menard; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Patrick, Devin Patrick and Sadie-Grace Menard-Coon.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McAllister Smith Funeral Home (2501 Bees Ferry Rd, Charleston, SC 29414).
