He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jo Hucks Prosser; his daughter Patricia Krull of Seligman, MO; his granddaughter Terry Lynn Smallwood (Jeramiah); his great grandchildren, Dakota, Kendall, Landen and Connor of Rolla, MO; and his brothers, Michael Prosser and Willis Prosser.
