She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Floyd "Bo" Collins; and her parents, Curtis Evans and Lillie Mae Evans. She is survived by: her son Carroll Collins; her grandson Dalton Collins; her siblings, Carolyn Stone and Freeman Evans; and her great-niece Betsy Hudson.
