He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Seymour Burley and Greta Deaver Burley. He is survived by: his wife Renia; his sister Baria; his brother-in-law David Kirk; and his grandson Austin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Ridge Baptist Church (603 Oak Ridge Church Rd, Kershaw, SC 29067). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
