She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mack Boatwright and Annie Louise Giles; and her husband Jack Fultz. She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Fultz (Katherine) and Anthony Fultz (Angie); her siblings, Virginia Chapman, Faye Boatwright and Terry Boatwright; her grandchildren, Justin, Austin (Jordan), Cody and Carter (Destiny); her great grandchildren, Rylan, Asher, Mason and Madelyn; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Fultz (Pam), Tom Fultz (Brenda) and Martha Jane Parrish (Bob).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Banks Presbyterian Church (10012 New Town Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
