She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Phillips and Mae Blocker Phillips; her husband Jesse Ben Payne; her sons, Don Payne, Ray Payne and Hal Payne; and her siblings, Esther Faile, Jackie Phillips Truesdale, Lois Truesdale, Bill Phillips, Odell Phillips and Waldo Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Payne (Kathy) of Winnsboro, S. C and Karl Payne (Sarah) of Columbia, S. C.; her grandchildren, Eddy Payne (Sonya), Shaun Payne, Ryan Payne (Alona), Matthew Payne, Ashley Grace Payne and Don Payne, Jr.; and her sister Loree Caldwell. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
