She was predeceased by: her parents, George Martin Clements and Mary Lou Hall Clements; her husband Dr. William Lee "Mac" McDow; her daughter Pam McKeown; and her grandson Adam Faulkenberry.
She is survived by: her children, Lee McDow (Melissa), Kim Faulkenberry (Brad), Bill McDow (Blair), Ben McDow (Kimberly) and Carl McDow (Dana). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Dr. William L. McDow Scholarship fund at Central Carolina Community Foundation, 2142 Boyce St., Suite 402, Columbia, SC 29201 for the benefit of Andrew Jackson High School graduates for college or tech school attendance.
