He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Gregory, Jr. and Annie Grace Clyburn Gregory; and his siblings, Bobby Beckham Gregory, Lanny Rhett Gregory, Sr. and Mary Lou Gregory Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Love "Dottie" Gregory; his son John Clyburn Gregory (R. Ph); his aunt Melody Clyburn Craig; and his nephew Robert Shawn Gregory.
