He was predeceased by: his parents, Odessa Baker and Walter Baker. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Lowery Baker; his daughters, April Baker (Deborah Lynn) of Nashville, TN and Amy Deas (Lamar) of Liberty Hill, SC; and his caregiver Tesia Brooks of Lancaster, SC.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
