She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph D. Knight and Louise Jordan Knight; her husband Frank Thomas Blake; her son Rev. Stephen Michael Blake; her grandson Joshua Stephen Blake; and her siblings, Gertrude Thompson, Geneva Smith, Katherine Powell, Sam M. Knight, Donald K. Knight, Mattie Sue Kennedy and Glenn R. Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Miss Pete, Melinda McCrea (Marion) of Salters and Diane Umphlett of Kingstree; her granddaughters, Amy Thomas, Angela Mahoney (Curt) and Chelsea Clites (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Acelyn Griffin, Avie Manigault, Anna Manigault and Cora Mahoney; and her sister Anita Haynes of Anderson, SC.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Williamsburg Funeral Home (332 E Main St, Kingstree, SC 29556). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
