He is survived by: his sons, Michael Palmer of New York and Marc Palmer of Lane, SC; his siblings, Kathleen Morant of Kingstree, SC, Cynthia Dozier of Brunswick, NJ, Anthony Hamlet (Vivian) of Chesterfield, VA, Sullivan Hamlet (Shirley) of Greensboro, NC and Arthur Dozier Jr. (Cheryl) of Stone Mountain, GA; his granddaughters, Stacie Garrett of Atlanta, GA and Joy Garrett of Columbia, SC; his brother John Henry Walters; and his in-laws, Reva Mae Capers of Currie, NC, Charles Bertrain Kea (Angela) of Burgaw, NC, Frederick Marshall Kea of New Jersey, Myrtis D. Manigo (Thomas) of Hopkins, SC, Ronnie Standford Kea (Ilona) of Germany, Raynard Alonzo Kea of Currie, NC, Gloria Louise Kea of Dallas, TX and Odell Michael Kea of Currie, NC. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; close friend.
