She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Tisdale and Joyce Rivers Tisdale. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Phillips (Jonathan Lopez) of Andrews, SC and Jack Phillips of Andrews, SC; her granddaughter Samantha Lopez; and her fiancé Robert Don Mitchum, Jr. of St. Stephen.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church (3905 Big Woods Rd, Kingstree, SC 29556).
