It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucius Mcknight (Kingstree, South Carolina), who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Saxon McKnight and Daisy Tisdale McKnight; his wife Emma Ann Murray McKnight; his son Antonio Nortrell McKnight, I; and his grandchildren, Deshaun McKnight and Nautica Cooper.

He is survived by: his children, Shomari McKnight (Felecia) of Columbia, SC, Saxon McKnight Santiago (John) of San Antonio, Texas and Shanekqua Pressley (Bruce) of Florence, SC; his daughter-in-law Sadia Ferrell-McKnight of Salters, SC; his stepchildren, Curtis Boyde of Kingstree, SC and Kimberly Flagler (Suntrell) of Kingstree, SC; his grandchildren, Brushawn, Niara, Shania, Jamyiah, Maijayah, Shavonda, Naija and Rodnyshia; his siblings, Elnora Pressley (Isaac) of Kingstree, SC, Doretha Cooper (Linwood) of Kingstree, SC and Jimmy McKnight of Effingham, SC; and his goddaughter Crystal Mitchum of Goose Creek, SC. He is also survived by six Great grands children.
